Session 2 Who Am I? – Know Your Identity
How we see ourselves – our self-concept – usually comes from how we believe others see us. Self-concept is a collection of beliefs one holds about oneself and the responses of others. It embodies the answer to the question, “Who am I?” We will discover 1) How we imagine we must appear to others, 2) How we imagine the judgement of that appearance, 3) We develop our self-concepts through the judgements of others, and 4) How we synthesize this information to progressively define our best idea of ourselves.
